Like most people, I feel an emphasis on self-care and goal setting in January – especially as I turn 33 this year! As we celebrate the New Year (and my birthday!) this month, I am inspired to reset my beauty routine, set positive intentions, and focus on grounding myself for 2023. Here are a few items that caught my eye and are already inspiring my routines and style this month.
1. Papaya Scrub
I already love the Goop G.Tox Himalayan Salt Scalp Scrub and definitely want to give this a try! I can resist anything but papaya scented beauty products. *adds to cart immediately* Once it arrives, I’ll share my thoughts on my IG Stories.
2. Seashell Tote
This seashell tote adds tropical glam to any occasion. Looking to bring a little island flair to every outfit, no matter the season? Carry this beauty with you. It is my number one asked about item, every single time I wear it!
3. Baobab Gowns
Sunrise silks in elongated, asymmetric cuts are on trend for resort ’23 season and have quickly become closet staples in my wardrobe for an elegant island life.
4. Neutral BikiniS
Bikinis in deep, earth tones have been calling my name all month long. These sculpted and flattering bikinis in raisin hues ooze sensuality and elegance – with minimal tan lines!
5. Oversized Pearl Earrings
Soft and elegant. I’ve recently been switching out my iconic gold hoops for these minimal pearl studs. They transform the simplest dresses and sweater sets into luxurious looks.
6. vitamin C Powder
New year, new skincare? Not quite! A consistent skincare routine is a daily priority to keep my skin happy and healthy. I toggle between multiple clean beauty skincare brands based on the weather and my skin’s needs, but I always seem to return to this Vitamin C booster. I mix the powder with my favorite oil, apply every evening to my face/neck/chest, and wake up to glowing skin in the morning.
7. White Crochet Sets
I’m feeling the timelessness of an all white crochet set, perfect for winter getaways and summer vacations. I love the juxtaposition between long sleeves, open back, and the peek-a-boo embroidery details. The mix and match lets this transition easily between beach day and evening wear.
