Carolyn Carter served as one of the founding partners for the Entusi Music Fest in Southern Uganda and this year has been named the honorable Chairwoman. Carolyn has designed the artistic theme for each music fest and continues to serve as the celebrity emcee for this growing annual event. Focused on reaching and empowering women and youth, the Entusi Music Fest has now reached over 12 thousand Ugandans with an HIV prevention message, tested over 2,000 and provided treatment and services to 100 percent of persons testing positive.Carolyn believes in community engagement, education and job creation and continues to work in close partnership with the Global Livingston Institute and Reach a Hand Uganda to impact positive change in underserved communities. The five year goal of this festival is to reach 100 thousand, test 10 thousand and connect 100 percent of positives with services.
