NYC, Stripes, Ruffles, Oh my.

Feeling the fast pace of New York City is one of the experiences I look forward to the most, and I love transitioning from island time to a New York minute. The US Virgin Islands and NYC almost feel worlds apart, but I believe a change of pace is always a good idea – and keeps me on my toes!

I had a full itinerary on this trip meeting with the Miss Universe Organization (DREAM come true!!), visiting the Smile Train offices (an AMAZING organization!), and working with stylists to develop my wardrobe strategy for the Miss Universe competition (sorry girlies, 😉 no competition secrets revealed here!!). The energy and flow of the city makes me feel as if opportunities are endless, which feels GREAT as I am training and preparing for Miss Universe 2016.

Paris Haute Couture Week F/W16

Bonjour ma cherie! Paris Haute Couture F/W16 Fashion Week was a D R E A M !! Paris comes alive during fashion week. I loved the street style and the creative energy. Plus, the weather was perfect! This was my second Haute Couture week, and let me say, it was even more M A G I C A L than the first time!! This year I attended Elie Saab, Zuhair Murad, and Chanel. They were everything!
